Can I try out Happy Inspector?

If you have an iPad, you can download Happy Inspector for FREE. Once you download our app, you can create 5 reports for free. After that you simply sign up to a Pay-as-you-go plan or monthly subscription.

Is there a Pay-as-you-go plan and how does it work?

We are in the process of removing the Pay-as-you-plan and instead have lowered our Basic subscription plan to be more affordable to our smaller customers.

We are a mammoth organization, I need an Enterprise Plan.

We’ve worked with companies that manage over 150,000 units, government organizations and franchises with over 800 offices. We work with large organizations and tailor a plan to suit their needs. Contact our Sales team for more information.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at anytime?

Yes, of course. Although you’re able to upgrade at any time, downgrading will mean losing certain features. If you choose to downgrade, you will need to disable those features before the downgrade can occur. Also, anything you’ve pre-paid for can neither be refunded nor credited to your account.

How will you bill me?

We offer both monthly and annual billing. You can by credit card online. Our Premium and Enterprise plans have the option of invoicing. Contact us for details.

What currency do you charge me in?

At the moment all prices are in USD. We are working with providers in other countries to offer their currency.

Is it a locked in contract?

No. It’s a month to month contract unless you have payed annually. If you stop using Happy Inspector, we will be sad to see you leave.

What industries use Happy Inspector?

Our customers include Single-Family Residential, Multi-Family Apartments, REIT’s, HOA, Student Housing, Commercial, Vacation Rentals, Government Organizations, Realtors and Franchises. If you are from a different industry, get in touch and we can work on a solution for you.

What happens when we hit our photo storage limit?

We will warn you when you get close to your limit. You can choose to delete old photos or keep them. If you keep them, a charge of $5/month for every additional block of 25,000 photos will be applied.

How do I cancel my account?

All cancellations need to be made by sending an email to accounts@happyinspector.com. From there, we will send you an email that provides the necessary steps to fully de-activate your account. Please note that all your data will be deleted at this stage and not retrievable.

Can you import my data?

Yes you can. If you have your data in .csv format you can import it into our web Manage portal. If you are having issues our Support team can assist you to ensure it works. Alternatively, our Implementations team charges an hourly rate if you want us to do it for you.
