Happy Inspector is free to download but to be able to generate an electronic PDF report you'll either need to sign up to a monthly plan or purchase Pay-As-You-Go credits inside the app. With a monthly plan you'll also be able to save and backup your data with our secure cloud storage.

Yes you can! We can import from any property management software including REST, Console, MultiArray, Appfolio, Buildium, Yardi, Onesite and Propertyware. However, this is only available for customers on our monthly subscription plans. Find out more.

Something to note is that our customers have found that entering property details manually is fast and easy. We've made it a breeze to do it when you arrive at each inspection. Happy Inspector also saves the properties on the fly, so it only needs to be entered for the first inspection.

Yes you can. We've made the editing process very simple. You can add/edit/delete the rooms and areas of any given property. If you've signed up to a monthly plan, we have a tutorial section which will show you how to do this.
